Business Policies Establishing clear business policies is essential for both you and I to ensure smooth operations and maintain a professional friendly environment and relationship. Appointment Booking Online Scheduling: Online booking is highly recommended for convenience and to minimize scheduling conflicts. Confirmation: confirmation is REQUIRED to ensure your appointment or the spot will be filled. Please send an inspirational picture on what you’re looking for to ensure there is enough time for what is desired. Please keep in mind if nail art is not booked in the service or a Nail removal for a new set I will NOT be able to provide that service due to scheduling conflicts. Please read over the services needed and make sure they are booked correctly. If needed to cancel because of this issue day of or in person there will be an additional charge needing to be paid to rebook for lost time and revenue. Please keep in mind my Business hours , I will respond to texts or emails within the next business day as well as anything over the weekend. Cancellation and Rescheduling are required to be made online . Notice Period: Clients are required to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Cancellation Fee: 50% service fee is required for cancellations within 24 hours. 100% of the service is required for no-shows to compensate for lost time and revenue. Payment Policies Accepted Methods: Accepted payment methods (cash, Apple Pay/debit cards, Any forms of payment will only be collected at appointment. Hygiene and Safety Sanitization Protocols: Rebalancing your nails is key, maintain your nails to ensure strength, shape and durability . 3 week fills will be a small additional charge After 3 fills a requirement for a new set is in place to ensure safety hygiene for the nail technician & client. Healthy natural nails is a requirement for ANY nail enhancements. Client Conduct Children and Guests: Keep in mind my nail suite is designed for comforting the client and provider. Children or additional guests are allowed in the suite only if it will be benefiting a peaceful and stress free environment. Extra seating is available in the salon not the suite. All children are to be supervised by an adult in the hallways per rules of the building owner . Behavior: Friendly reminder this is a service provided by a specialist , it is not an excuse to be aggressive or demanding towards the person providing a service.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within a 24 hour notice of scheduled appointment will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% service and unable to book again.
