Business Policies Cancellation policies are to please Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. No-shows will be charged the full service cost and may no longer be accepted as an existing client. All cancellations must be made online to prevent misunderstandings. Appointment Requirements: •After every three nail fills a new set is required to ensure safety hygiene for the nail technician & client. Healthy natural nails is a requirement for ANY Nail Enhancements. When in place for a new set, Natural nails must be bare before getting serviced for a New Set or a soak off is to be in place as an add on when booking. *Friendly Reminder * I will only be providing services that is & or was booked for the appointment. This requirement insures promised time of appointment and respect of other peoples time for everyone being serviced that day. That being said If needed to cancel BECAUSE of this issue day of or in person there will be an additional charge needing to be paid to rebook for lost time and revenue. Please read over the services needed and make sure they are booked correctly. Please reach out for any questions or confusions on this matter I’d be happy to help. Confirming your own appointment after an approval on the provider’s end is a must. Please make sure to do so to secure your desired date & time. Hygiene and Safety Sanitization Protocols: Rebalancing your nails is key, maintain your nails to ensure strength, shape and durability . If nails are visibly damaged I will not be providing services that will increase the ricks of more damage . If coming from a provider that put you at risk with the exposure of ANY sort of nail bacterial or infection I will not be servicing you. Client Conduct: 1)No extra Guest 2)No food during services *Friendly reminder* This is a service provided by a specialist , it is not an excuse to be aggressive or demanding towards the person providing a service.
